[Resolved] Airtel — Non recharge of 3G data pack even after online payment | |||
I have tried to recharge Rs 249/- for a 3G data pack in my son's phone through Airtel online recharge services. I used my Citibank Master card. After online credit card payment of Rs. 249/- though the amount had been deducted in favour of Bharti airtel from my account, no recharge had been done to my son's mobile phone. I want an explanation for this. My son's mobile no. is [protected]. Citi Bank had sent the money deduction confirmation and the Citibank's approval no. is 240589. I request you to recharge the amount to the given phone number and see that this should not happen again. I had to go through this experience at least twice. Was this information helpful? | |||
