Sir, on my post paid no.[protected], scheme of 1000min free airtel to airtel started since last 7about 7 years. In the month of August'13 I had renew my advance payment of rent for two years. I not received my bills since August to Sept.13. So I inquired for bills & visit to consumer care center at Ahmadabad. discount since Sept.13 to Dec.13 not allowed in my bills for facilities of 1000min.free facilit4ies disconnected without notice. Pl discount amt be credited to my account & be adjusted in the next cycle bill. At the time of offer of 1000min. started it is given for lifetime but without notice it is discontinued & discount not allowed in the bills for Sept.to Dec.13 & facilities of 1000 min. be started.Pl solve my complaint urgently.
