[Resolved] Airtel — Not carrying forward the balance internet data after recharge - no. [protected] | |||
Before the expiry of validity of internet pack on 4.12.2016, i was having more than 1000 mb balance. With a view to carry forward this balance data, i recharged internet pack on 4.1.2016 itself for rs. 29/- (75 mb). I got only 75 mb data and balance not added whereas i have been getting balance carried forward since long. This time airtel has not provided satisfactory. Through this forum, i want to draw attention of concerned authorites of airtel to look into my complaint and do the needful to add the balance internet data. Was this information helpful? | |||
