[Resolved] Airtel — not closing the connection and calling for bill payment which i have not used. | |||
I have a complaint on behalf airtel connection number - [protected]. *after mid of FAB we stooped using this broadband connection. and i went out of city by telling that cut the connection as i will not be using it anymore.* *though i am not using it they were calling to pay the bill amount of full month of FEB. and i have paid the 2 month bill (3000- Jan and FEB).* *now it is showing the bill of March **month. according to your customer care executives and agents it will be enough if i pay that 3k bill of 2 months.* *and they have also stopped the service after that.* *now i am getting a call for MARCH month. what is this??? though they have stooped the connection and service they are charging one extra month bill with late fee. * *I am requesting you to take this compliant seriously and cut the connection and if they will call me for March month bill i will not tolerate and go to consumer forum.* *I have changed my address and i was planing to take the airtel new connection but if this is the case i will stop using your service. and make compliant in online forums as well.* *please call me for any clearance. my mobile number is - [protected].* Was this information helpful? | |||
