Airtel — Not getting signals. | |||||
Sir, I am using an Airtel dongle No.[protected] at my residence Flat No.505, GH-11, Prateek Kunj, Sector 21-C-III, Faridabad. Time and again I am requesting for the following two issues:- (i) Low speed and non uniform speed. (ii) Automatic Log out As I have already informed you that I have purchased exclusively for on line classes of my kids and in the absence of speed it is not possible for them to take classes. Secondly, automatic log out disturbs their concentration and classes again and again, as they have to log in again and again. The problem was explained verbally to Airtel Executives as well as emails are written to them. It is a sheer wastage of money if I do not get both these things.
