Airtel — not getting the recharge benefit

Yesterday, on 29th Dec. 2014, I got my phone recharged with 79 rs, which offers incoming roaming free and outgoing at 1.5 p/sec, but still I'm not getting the benefit of this recharge. and I am paying extra amount. I am facing this problem 3rd or 4th time and I just want my money back.
