[Resolved]  Airtel — Not providing incoming calls from 1 month

first of all i was a xxxx network customer then i port to airtel last mont..after sim activation i am not getting any incoming calls from others.So many times i appear to the consumer care they are not responding for my query, even they didnot made a complaint, at last they said please pay 25rps and get a new sim with the submission of your proofs and documents att nearets airtel store..WHY SHOULD I PAY 25rps..IS IT MY MISTAKE?...thi is my complaint please solve it ad this is important to me..my mobile number [protected], my name is MANGARAJU

i think still they are not recognized my complaint...they are not responding for my complaint...i did not got any mail from them..this is why we are not trusting you
