[Resolved] Airtel — Not providing port out. | |||
I have port into airtel network on 30 June 2016, it provided very cheap services as pertaining to network issues, no assistance from the customer care executive, When I requested to port out on 30 September 2016, they denied my request saying I have not completed 90 days... even though I have completed 90 days (30 June - 30 sep). The said that I have activated my sim on 12 of July 2016. Today's again I have made a request i.e. on 15 octomber 2016. The request for port out has been canceled by airtel saying again the same reason that " I have not completed 90 days. You sim was activated on 18 July". Airtel senior executive NILAM, (Mumbai, malad) said this so.!! First I was told that I have activated simply on 12 Jun now they are telling that, I was been activated on 18 June. Airtel executive is jus telling lie..and not letting me to port out from airtel network. Was this information helpful? | |||
