Airtel — Not receiving Service Messages from Bank/IRCTC/Movie Tickets | |||
I hail from Bangalore.For the past three weeks ( after March 2015) i could not able to receive Bank/MovieTicket/IRCTC messages on my mobile. When i asked the customer care they told that its due to DND activation and asked me to deregister. I did the same on (27/03/2015) but in Vain I got an automated message informing that i would receive sms alerts within 7 days of the deactivation. But no change. I was extremely frustated and raised the issue on Twitter. Customer Care contacted me again trying to resolve the issue. But they again came back telling everything looked normal with the profile. I seriously dont know how this issue can be resolved. If this is not getting resolved wiithin 10 days i am planning to switch to some other network with better customer care. The Issue still remains. Customer care could not identify the issue. Shame on them.
