Airtel — Number Not Ported While unnecessary charges taken

I applied for porting my number from Idea Post paid to Airtel Post paid. Now its been almost a month your field agent collected the documents & Rs 250 as portability fees, which I later got to now that there are no charges for porting service provider. Now also when I call for enquiry, they told me to whats app the documents & they just disconnect the call. Contact Details of the agents.
