[Resolved] Airtel — Online prepaid recharge | |||||
I recharged the airtel mobile number [protected] online through DEBIT CARD banking first it show failure( bank txn no[protected] but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. I again recharged same amount bank txn no[protected]but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Bank - Uco Bank, Date of transaction- 21st Jan, 2016. please refund the amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The airtel company executives had called me after the complaint, regarding the debit card details. They asked me regarding debit card, which refused to give and after few days amount has been refunded to my account by VMT Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
