Airtel — Open Cheating and Fraud by Airtel

I had ported out of Airtel Mumbai to Vodafone for my airtel number [protected] on 6th of May 2015. As my billing cycle is till 22nd of each month, i was told to pay the prorata bill till 19th May 2015. It was airtel 121 who had confirmed the amount. To be on the safe side i paid extra so that there are no issues while porting out. Later my number was ported out on 18th or 19th. However from the same date my online account for the said number was deleated by airtel. I later tried calling airtel for my bill and refund of excess amount, i cud not manage to get to customer care, as my number was no longer valid. Then i wrote mail to airtel for the bill. I was given non-itemised bill (for my 1000 rs monthly rental i always got detailed bill in the past) I protested for the same and also pointed out for the discrepencised as they were showing outstanding of some Rs 350 ( while i had paid the bill in full as i always do). I replied to the mail with both the bills for april and may. Now after sending details airtel does not even responds. Anshum Nandecha anshum.[protected]@gmail.com [protected] [protected]

I got a call from your representative and i was told that 2 bills have been generated and i will be forwarded copy of both to my email id...till date i have not recd any mail, its been more than 3 days since i was told this.
Today i got a warning sms from airtel saying that Rs 150 is due and same have been forwarded to vodafone as well.

so i guess its like putting my head at gun point and saying that i will not provide you bill, i will not give you details but you need to pay as per what we have said...
