[Resolved] Airtel — outgoing services interrupted | |||
Hi, this is Nav Gaurav, a post paid customer ([protected]). On 03-03-15 I have received a SMS at 3.00pm regarding resubmission of documents to purchase point (Airtel Store, Hariom Tower, Circular road, Ranchi-834001) to continue outgoing services. Thereafter I rushed to purchase point mentioned above at 4.00pm and resubmitted my documents & photo and completed all formalities. Executive over there name Neha has assured me that my services will not be interrupted as documents has been submitted by me. But to my utter surprise, my outgoing services is interrupted since yesterday evening 8.00pm. At this point, I do not know what is happening. Either she (Neha) has given me false assurance or I need to stop services from Airtel. If this is the quality of service then I really feel sorry for you people.
