[Resolved] Airtel — Overcharging and non-activation of 4g sim no. [protected] | |||||
I had bought 10 days back a 4G SIM from your Agents: Raghu Enterprises, MBT Road, Bangarupalyam, Dist. Chittor, Andhra Pradesh. MOBILE; [protected] prop. Mr.Reghu. by paying Rs.150/- and your agent assured full talk value of Rs.150/- which has not yet been activated so far drspite my repeated visits to your agents office. Today when I contacted him he says the person who sold the SIM to me is a fraudster and the actual value for the said SIM is only Rs.60/- whereas my application and the documents submitted by me is with the agent and he is not ready to take responsibility for the wrong and cheating done by his appointed representative. Under the circumsysnces, I would request you to take strong action against this agent and BLACKLIST him for the fraud he is committrd with the customers with the connivance of his representatives without further loss of time, as otherwise I will be forced to file a criminal suit against you, your agent and his representative under section 420. I must get the extra money charged from me immediately within 48hours and the SIM must be activated at the earliest. I think your company is not a part of this fraud. If so, act immediately to maintain your reputation. If no immediate action, matter will be given to media and docisl media at yout risk & responsibility which pl note.
