[Resolved]  Airtel — Overdue amount for Airtel mobile [protected] A/c No.[protected] – Reg Ref: Your letter dated 3-6-2014.

With reference to your letter cited, I am to inform you that I am your regular customer for pre paid service since five years. During the month of March, 2014 I want to change my pre paid service to postpaid service and contacted your local agent to provide post paid mobile service with a condition not to exceeding monthly billing of @ Rs.300/- per month basing on your best available network. But, it is surprise to note that there is a deviation on the terms and conditions as said by your agency to provide telecommunication service for monthly billing of Rs.300/- and raised the credit limit of exceeding of monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- in the same month ie. March, 2014 without my consent by your company. Further, there have been regular commercial mgs on my mobile for pretty long time for which I had been bearing the cost of such unwanted services and the matter was brought to notice of local Airtel office and the agent there was no response to settle for the time being. It has been costly proposition on my part to bear with regular Rs 3 / 5 overnight deduction from my balance . While trying to bring to notice on line customer service, the other end do not sound any option for complaint and as such matter left unresolved. Finally, I made a request several times your agent and your local branch through toll free no. to discontinue my post paid service on phone from April, 2014 as per conditions stated by your agent, but in vain. Further, the same service has continued till May, 2014 by your company without considering my personal requests as made, which leads extra financial burden and also against law. In view of the above circumstances, I am unable to pay the prepaid billing amount and it is unfortunate to inform you that the same was brought notice to the TROY authorities as last resource against your company for failure to provide prepaid customer post paid service as per my request ie., not to exceeding monthly bill of Rs.300/- to do justice in this regard. Even though, I am not hesitated to continue prepaid customer service as per request without enhancing my monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- subject to condition to reduce the excess arrears amount charged as I was not utilised airtel service during the months of April and May, 2014 keeping in view of the best customer service by your company. Other wise, on receipt of the decision taken by the TROY authorities against my complaint, I will make necessary arrangement for realisation of arrears.
