I got my phone recharged for Rs.100 on 06/02/2015 from airtel mobile website(m.airtel.in). As advertised on airtel website(http://www.airtel.in/mobilesite), this recharge should provide a bonus talktime of Rs.110 which is yet to be received. Ms. lavanya mistri, Senior Supervisor & Avinash Gupta, Floor Supervisor Airtel West Bengal customer care talked to me and informed that despite of the advertisement being live on airtel website they will not take any responsibility for it and the offer doesn't exist at all, very rudely and in an unwilling state to help.
