Airtel — Poor response

Hello, I have taken one new Sim a month ago yet to get activate and also raised complaint on 23rd March 2015 and compliant number is PO[protected] but nothing happened hence I would request you to re-pay my money and don cheat Valuable customers like us where my entire family are passionate about Airtel. Secondly poor response from Mysore KD road outlet associte Naveen and also customer care. My Airtel Number is [protected]. When you failed to provide these kind of services you should tell us intially so that we wont waste our time like waiting for a month like mad. I have called on 23th june to 198 for my plan upgration to rs.1198 monthly plan with 8 Mbps speed 60gb quota, the person confirmed me within 4 -6 hrs it will be done, i have to switch off my modem n switch on again after 4-6 hrs., Mean time i had informed my brother about this plan for nos 42761242 he imm called 198 but he got response that he cant upgrade to this plan since only 2 mpbs speed is available on his line.he imm called n informed about this to me. after 4 hrs i restarted my modem my checked my speed i was getting 4 Mbps speed where else i was only getting 2 Mbps speed earlier then imm i called 198 n asked about this they said the plan approval have gone within 24 hrs its will happen n i will get 8 mpbs on the same call i upgraded this same plan for my brother office nos[protected]wherein my brother called n they said only 2 mbps speed is available)

On 30th june i again called regrading this matter that i have not got 8 mpbs speed yet first some person picked n said only 2 Mbps speed is there in my line n so 8 mpbs speed is not possible i just disconnect the line n called back another person picked up n i had told him the whole history and he took request n ref. no.57209784 then on 1st june around 11 am ur person came n checked all lines n told 8 mpbs speed is possible theres some problem with the copper u just have to correct it ( since its some technical thing i could not understand about this) after some time i checked i was getting 8 mpbs speed (1st july 2015) then i think afternoon it again dropped so i gain checked n i was getting only 2 Mbps speed (the guy who came for checking mobile nos. [protected]) i called him again as he was riding bike he said he will call back n disconnect the line, then on 2th june some other person around 11 am came n checked with his modem n again the same thing he said that 8 Mbps speed is possible for my nos its just they have the some problem with copper they have to rectify which will be done within few hrs then give for fresh request for plan upgrade, i checked 2-3 times but i was getting only 2 mbps so i on 3rd i called back n ur people where saying same thing that only 2 mbps speed is there for ur nos n blah blah so i requested him to trf the call to some higher authority person after waiting in call for 7~8 mins it got trf to one miss.shalini (manager) i again explain all the old history n even she continue the same thing that only 2 mpbs speed is there so 8 mbps not possible i said ur person have checked n said its possible but she had ego n not ready to listen what am saying
i asked her when u people saying more than 2 mbps speed is not possible then how come i was getting 4 and 8 mpbs for these days n again she was not ready to listen n i told am just not satisfied with efforts o[censored]r people so am going to disconnect all my lines

am here by attaching u the a file of my speed test so that u understand the situation better n prove ur lazy person who does not want to help their clients

as am requesting you for my upgrade of my plan to rs.1199 / 8 Mbps speed / 60 gb quota else we shall disconnect all my lines n go for another interest services provider bcos paying the same amount am getting better speed from other services provider as am already using ACT at my home n another office which have 20 mpbs for same cost.
