[Resolved] Airtel — Poor signal / call dropping making my bill extra | |||
Hi, I have reported multiple times (5 to 6 times) from last six months about the network issues at my home. Your technical support person came 1 month ago and told the signal coming wrong tower and it needs to be fixed. After that i dont have any update. More airtel not confirming that they are not able to provide the network and look for another service provider. Poor signal causeing call and voice dropping making my personal and official matters improfer communications and causing my growth Was this information helpful? | |||

Aug 18, 2016 surakshit's response Airtel abhi tak ki puri fees lene ke baad bhi airtel ne payment nahi milne ka tape lagaya hua hai landline no [protected] par payment milney ke baad bhi koi reputed company aisa kaise kar sakti hai.isse hamari company ki beizzati ho rahi hai videsh sanchar nigam ko aisi companies ke upar sakht karya wahi karnichahiye.

Airtel customer care is more interested in disconnection than solving problems of customer my land line no is[protected].I REQUEST VSNL TO GIVE MORE LICENSE TO OTHER VENDORS TO BREAK MONOPOLY OF AIRTEL IN DELHI LANDLINE PHONES.
