[Resolved] Airtel — Porting to airtel number is not done after docomo sim deactivated. | |||
My Docomo stopped working on 26th of December 2015 at 11.00 P.M. After that I tried calling the customer care to activate the number, they initially said the transfer is not done yet. When ever I call they give a new reason. After 27th evening call to 59059 is not connecting to the verification departement. My number is not working since last two days. I dont have any communication channel to call. Neither my Tata docomo is working nor my Airtel sim is working, Even tried calling the guy who came to give me the new connection, this guy also is not responding properly. I am getting irritated because of this kind of behaviour of Airtel people. There is no one to address this issue. Please try to resolve the issue ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
