Airtel — Postpaid 4G surprise Billing. | |||
Hi, I have recently got internet enabled on my mobile (No- [protected]) with 4G -1 GB HCL plan on August 2015. The 1 GB got exhausted in couple of weeks. When I enquired through the call center they replied that I have used the data and it¿s exhausted. The 4G was enabled again after my billing date i.e. 20th September 2015. To my surprise it¿s too exhausted couple of days back i.e. within 5 days. When called to the call center I got the same reply. I didn¿t surf very much and being in Admin department I know my data usage. I am totally disappointed with the billing and my4G internet usage. Request you to take the necessary action at the earliest and revoke my data. If the answer is negative I could close my account with Airtel and switch on to another honest network. Regards, Abhilash.
