[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid - auto deactivated data benefits | |||
Name - Amrinder Singh Mobile - [protected] Really very disappointed from services of airtel postpaid. I ported my number from idea to airtel. At the time of starting process of porting they said they will provide extra data benefits but after porting they said they can't provide that. Then after long time discussion, they given me another offer for 6 months. Now on 21st Oct, I visited airtel store to submit documents for porting my another two idea number to airtel. Without submitting documents in airtel store, I have not called even single time to customer care services. Anyone can check outgoing call logs from my phone. But I received a message that data pack is deactivated from my number. I called customer care on 23rd Oct, they said I called them to deactivate data pack. But as I said, I didn't call even for single time. Don't know from where they received called and updated those records on my number. Please help me out in this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am trying to recharged my no.[protected] online at airtel.co.in by my SBI Debit card on dt.14/10/2016 but Wrongly recharged on No [protected] Amount 200 instead of Correct NO [protected] (txn#[protected] so plz revert it on my correct no.[protected]
