[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid Billing issue with [protected] | |||
Regarding the bill of my postpaid for march i had issue. i have called customer care for atleast 15 times and first complaint was on march 25, everyone understood the issue and accepted to waiver the money for wrong billing. Issue is my billing cycle is from 20 to 19 every month. But for last march everything was correct but data usage was charged from feb19th to mar19th(Please find the attached document). Customer cares accepted it was a bug and told that they can reduce only 250rupees only. Only managers can reduce my 728ruppes. Everyone said that they are arranging for manager call within 24 hours, but never received a call at anytime. The reference nos for this given are as below [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Let me know this can be resolved, if it cant will be closing the connection and assume that airtel is only for eating the money cant resolve the issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel guys noticed and deducted the whole amount and updated the bill and sent.
