[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid connection - Not providing services- cheating customers | |||||
The most popular connection have reached to the jungles but cant provide connection in the city itself. Amazingly High call drops. However my complaint is about the cheating practices. my porting request has got no response post 45 days however confirmation of reciept of documents i recd prior to expiry of Porting request. Moreover, i have called number of time to customer care but they didnt revert back and only provide false assurance and reference numbers, i just don't understand what for. However my complaint is about the cheating practices. actually my sim was BSNL, your sales dept girls from hyderabad begumpet, called several times for some Ugadi offer and said if i take Rs 299 plan i will get 720 minutes + 300 additional minutes along with the 2 GB data free for 6 months without any deposit amount if i port my cell no. [protected], to Airtel, so i agreed with the offer and an executive by name Kumar Cell no. [protected] came to me and once again confirm with him the above details so he too has given the same assurance, and port my no. from Bsnl to Airtel, and taken photo id and handed over one sim card and left, a person for verification came and approved, after few days the sim got active, a customer care executive asked some details which i have furnished and the same time i have Inquired about the offers so he said all which they promised above is totally wrong and i will be getting only 700 minutes calls free per month, so i asked him to connect to the TL or Manager, and i told the same to her she too has said the same so asked them not activate my sim and i called the Sales dept, Splendid towers Begumpet Hyd. and spoken to an Executive Nadeem Cell No. [protected] he said to talk to the Manager Jaffer Kaleem Cell No. [protected] and asked him about their executives how they are cheating and playing cheap tricks with the customers by giving false information and attracting the customers and making fool to them in the name of offers, so his reply is to fulfill the target they are doing the same and i asked are you one who is giving such a training to them, so in reply he said he will do something and comeback to me, since past 45 days i keep on calling him and his executive nadeem, they are just disconnecting the phone and not lifting the phone and playing bloody cheap tricks till date they are keeping on harassing me, Moreover, i have called number of times to customer care but they didn't revert back and only provide false assurance and reference numbers, i just don't understand what for this type of games they are playing with the customers
Kindly note the no. which is ported from Bsnl, is very much important, if you take any strict action against them and do the needful otherwise i have think of any alternate and will highlight this matter in the Newspapers and Media.
