Airtel — prepaid account balance been deducted

My prepaid account balance is been deducted without my notice since last night. I recharge my account with sufficient balance but in no time it shows as balance is nill. I did few a times the same recharge to make sure it isnt my mistake but the balance is being deducted all the time .I tried to call the customer care by calling 121 but couldnt speak with the customer care executive. I also spoke to Kerala customer care and received a ridiculous response. This is not what is expected out of a customer "care" service!!! I have dropped an email hoping that I would receive a reply from the customer care service. Regards, Gayathri
