Airtel — Prepaid - outgoing sms not working | |||
Dear sir / madam, i am deepak. I am a airtel jaipur prepaid national mnp customer who comes from airtel delhi prepaid network. But there is a problem in airtel port - in number. Now my problem is, after sucessful port - in i am not able to send outgoing sms. There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store and have called 121 so many times but the problem still persists. It has been 2 months now. Please urgently resolve my issue. It has been 4 months now my outgoing sms is still not working. I have registered atleast 15+ complaints with Airtel for this problem and sent mail to them multiple times but everytime they simply close the call before their SLA without confirming with me for possible solution and I am still not able to send any sms to any mobile across the country.
For some days now airtel customer care have even stopped taking my complaints and started disconnecting the calls in between or redirecting my call to ivr and disconnecting after that.
I have never defaulted on my payments. I am paying equal amount for the services as others but due to this problem I have lost lot of my time and have missed a very important service which should have been provided to me for the cost they charge us.
I want Airtel to take corrective actions for my problem and compensate me for the loss I have faced for last 4 months.
Please also let me know if there is anything to be done from my end. I want to get this sorted as soon as possible
