Airtel — reagrding weak net signal

sep 2014 for weak broadband signal and almost nill net speed. my complaint no is 49668074. It was attended by a technitian who told that i made a false complaint. He insisted me to tell to customer care officer that my net connection is ok. he also told me to change the service provider. My problem is still as such.
