[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge done on wrong no | |||
Dear Sir, On 27th and 28th July’15, I mistakenly recharged wrong mobile no – [protected] for an amount of Rs. 1100/-, whereas I wanted to pay the bill for my friend’s Mobile no – [protected] . It was done in 3 transactions through Paytm . Transaction Details are – Amount – Rs.500/- . CC Transaction No [protected], Order no: #[protected] (Transaction done on 28th July) Amount – Rs.300/- . CC Transaction No [protected], Order no: #[protected] (Transaction done on 28th July) Amount – Rs.300/- . CC Transaction No [protected], Order no: #[protected] (Transaction done on 27th July) You are requested to refund money through Paytm or make bill payment of Mobile no – [protected] I have contacted Airtel customer care, but they are providing no solution, and just transferring the calls around.
