[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge done without balance...what is PF balance???

Hi, My number is [protected] (Chennai circle) and I have done recharge of 249 after seeing the recharge offer in airtel.in for 1GB 3G data on 30th aug 2014. Recharge was successfull...but data balance didnot come...instead PF balance has come...I ma not sure what is PF balance and why airtel is mentioning this offer in online. When I called customer care, one lady received the call and she was speaking in tamil only... When I asked her to speak in english which i cant understand tamil, she simply kept in hold and disconnected...when i tried again she did the same thing... I dont know why Airtel having this much reputation and hiring these kind of people which they dont know common english... I demand an explantion and my money back regarding this from Airtel.
