Airtel — Recharge unsuccesful

I had done recharge of Airtel through SBI net banking on Oct 06, 2015 at 10.30pm of Rs 200. I received a message from SBI that transaction is successful and amount was deducted. But I received message from Airtel that transaction failed. I contacted customer care executive he said you will receive balance within 2 hours. I want strict action should be taken against the executive as I not received balance amount. Aishwarya Sukale [protected].

I received a call fro Airtel saying they will credit the deducted amount in my bank account in 14 working days. Please request you to credit the amount as soon as possible.

A person claiming to be an Airtel executive called from [protected] at 10.20 pm and was asking debit card number, Expiry Date, CVV from which transaction was done. As told by banks I didn't reveal sensitive details like CVV number.
Further the executive said the request to transfer deducted amount will be cancelled.
I request you to credit balance in my Airtel account as I cannot reveal card details.
I can give account details only if needed.
