[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge validity issue | |||
I have done a mobille recharge (Data pack) on 21st nov16 with the information from the shop M/S golden Choice the recharging outlet of airtel . The lapu no is [protected] in the name of Sanjay gupta Shop owner.The recharge has been done in my name with the information that the pack is for 145/- with data validity 28days and 1 GB.But i got the message that data is valid for only 3 days after recharge.I spoke to customer care but they said nothing can be done now. Please help in resolving the issue otherwise will go to consumer forum as the company is ditching the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
