[Resolved] Airtel — Reckless service at your airtel office

I moinuddin farooque a customer of your service residing at nehru nagar belgaum karnataka feels ashemed to informe you about the service provided at your service center. The guy named mujassam was not available at his desk because he was busy chit chatting in the rest room. Really disappointed with the service and he even showed neglegance to the needed service saying "kal aao sir". He repeated this for atleast 3 times.
I am seriouslly disappointed by your service and i will make it sure i dont avail your service ever again in the future.
I hope you take very severe action about the misguidance and the casual behaviour of you men.
