[Resolved]  Airtel — Recurring STB Issue

Dear Mr. Manish, I am completely fed up with the Airtel dishtv connections, I have to complaint every now and then regarding my setup box. Every time I complain I get the box changed and later the same or the other problem arises with the box. I have 2 connections running with the above mentioned customer id, my humble request to you to is that, Is there a permanent peace of mind I may ever have and resolve this problem completely. Every time I get to pay 500rs and the old box is fixed, Airtel as a service provider should ensure my connection is up and running 24*7 as I have opted for annual subscription in advance, I have also paid for extra cable required for the installation. HOWEVER I cannot pay 500rs every 6months if the setup box goes out of order. Request your attention towards this and resolve as soon as possible but permanently, I know that we cannot ensure lifetime working of these things but it should not happen twice or thrice in just one year.
