[Resolved] Airtel — Refund for broadband not provided | |||
Hello, Last month i applied for airtel broadband, company executive came and collected 1000 rs from me, i came to know than connection in my area is not feasible, i am still waiting for my refund. I have uploaded the copy of my canceled cheque on their refund portal. I am even not able to track my request number and not even able to talk to their customer care also. I didn't received any resolution. One of executive called me and said he will mail me the link to upload the canceled cheque but I didn't received any mail kindly check if you sending mail to right address.

If for such minimum amount I need to follow so much than I should also not be attached to airtel in any way I am using airtel postpaid sim from last six year and now I will get it ported to some other telecom provider who can at least hear to their customer.
