[Resolved] Airtel — refund issue | |||
Hi, I ordered a connection on 2/8/14 and paid Rs.1750 as an advance and the connection was not given as the broadband availability in my area was not there. It got cancelled on 28/8/14 and refund cheque was issued on same date. And cheque expiry date was mentioned as 29/11/14 and I received cheque on 27/11/14. It got expired before could en-cash it. I called the refund dept for refund issue and spoke to Mr. Illayaraja (escalation team santhome, chennai) and pankaj ( refund dept back office) and was informed that refund has been processed and will receive the refund within 5-7days. Illyaraja informed the same on 16/12/14 and pankaj informed on 22/12/14 but didnt get the refund in my bank detaikls provided tilll now. each day i'm getting same email from airtel and even after repeated request for call back i never received a call back.
