Airtel — Refund of excess amount on my disabled Postpaid number

I had a number [protected] and it is disabled now with an excess amount of 195 rs. For the refund, I have visited airtel gallery and they told me that they would do NEFT as my address is changed now. So I submitted cancelled cheque 2 times to airtel gallery. first at Naupada gallery and second at Powai gallery. And it was raised in the month of may. details for my SR: 1. SR number:63092464 2. ARC name and address. Airtel gallery shop no 54, 55 galleria, hiranandani gardens, powai Mumbai 4000076 3. Executive name and number. Soyal and +[protected] From that time, it's around 5 month, and airtel couldn't process my request . for this I have visited airtel gallery 4 times which itself gave me a mental pain plus wastage of around 400 rs. Now my request went for an escalation to airtel gallery powai manager(I dont know his name). He is not at all educated as he doesn't know how to behave with customer. He called me with these statement. 1.why are you creating so much noise for just 195 rs. 2.If you really want these money back, then I'll give this from my pocket. His number is: [protected] he was saying that he is the manager of Airtel gallery shop no 54, 55 galleria, hiranandani gardens, powai I'm mentally harassed by his words, is he rich enough to pay me?????? Is AIRTEL rich enough to pay for all the harassment and stress???

That's great.. may I know what airtel was doing from MAY, 2015 for this issue...
SIMPLY NOTHING.. I had 38 mails with the same reply.. "we are working on this and get back to you"
Please give me the time line within you will resove this completely..

And your ARC powai MANAGER, why did you hire a person who don't know the etiquette...
I want a justification for his "unofficial talk"..
I didn't get any update till now.. Is my concern that much tricky for which you people are taking so much time..

Please raise an appeal and provide me the appeal number. It's come under TRAI'S rules and regulations, so you can't deny for the appeal number..

This thing I'm asking for last one month but no one has provided me my APPEAL NUMBER..
Though I'm searching for a channel through which I can connect with TRAI as airtel appealete authority is (Mr Kannan and Mr vinay Maharashtra appealete authority) not providing me the appeal number.
where is Mr Umesh Arora.. did your ASAP means 1 month.. Great service by world worse telecom company AIRTEL.. cheater company.. It should banned from INDIA..

why all the applleate authority people are sleeping.
As compare to AIRTEL, Vodafone is replying with SR number and they had a discussion with me as well because I put them in CC for the complaint against my refund.
Atleast learn from VODAFONE, they are very efficient as compare to AIRTEL. there service is much more better than you.

Arrange someone who can generate APPEAL NUMBER for my issue which is not resolved by APPLLEATE team of airtel as well.

VODAFONE is far far better than AIRTEL.. even I can say AIRTEL is the worse telecom provider in INDIA who doesn't follow TRAI guidlines for generating APPEAL Number.
