[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund of money against data recharge

I did online data recharge on 30th july 2016. Amount of rs.299 was deducted from my account and later i received a message of recharge failed. I called to customer care of airtel they assured me that amount will be refunded back to your account with in a 10 working days but it didn't. Now i am asking for refund then they are denying. On the same day i again recharged my mobile with rs 299 and it was successful. But the previous one was not one. They are saying that both recharged were successful. I asked them why you have assured me for refund you should tell me that "please wait for some time it would be successful after some time." then i would not recharge me mobile again.in one month rs 600 was deducted. Though i don't have that much use of data. Now data is there in my mobile but validity is finished. If i want to use that data i have to again recharge my mobile.
