[Resolved] Airtel — Refund of the installation charges for the cancelled broad band connection | |||
On March 2015, I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection(16 Mbps VDSL) for my home and full payment including the installation cost was paid. Before the installation i was informed by the airtel customer executive that the above mentions plan(16 Mbps VDSL) is available in my area and hence i have opted for the same. At the time of installation the technician have informed me that the above plan is not available in my area and provided me the 8 Mbps plan. When the bill is generated for the 2nd month it states that the installation charge is not paid and it is pending my side. A complaint has been raised(#[protected] with airtel for the same. Even after raising the complaint i haven't got any response from airtel and also the installation amount which was initially paid has not been refunded.
