Airtel — Reg: Balance detection | |||
On Mar 12 i got an SMS from airtel that if i recharge with Rs.95 will get Rs.95=1 GB and validity is 28 days. And also they have mentioned that the offer is valid till 6-Apr-2015. I recharge today dated 26-Mar-2015 with 95 rupees and only 200MB data has been added to my account. I made a call to customer care and they responded as that the offer is not available now so they have credited only 200MB data. If the offer is not available the recharge should not be accepted and why should they send the SMS that the offer is valid till 6-April-2015. For 95 rupees they have just credited 200MB with a validity of 12 days I would like to raise a complaint on this. Kindly take it ahead and make a necessary action on this.
