Airtel — Regarding activation of nano sim card | |||
I had purchased a new sim card on[protected] and it was activated only on[protected] and that too after several requests to the Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. I had requested for a nano sim and I was told to activate the nano sim through my current airtel sim. I did the same with the steps (provided by the airtel staff) on[protected] at 20:17 and my nano sim was supposed to be activated within 15 minutes. Now the current time is 12:[protected]. I have been experiencing a very bad service from Airtel. I want a solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too have bad experience from Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. They are totally irresponsible. I have ported Airtel just because of their irresponsibility. Services of Airtel stores are getting worse day by day.

This has been resolved. Went to the nearby store and got another nano sim.
