Airtel — Regarding billing issue | |||
Hi, I am using a Post paid connection of Airtel(Mob No: [protected]). I was using a Corporate plan of Rs:375 and on 2nd November 2014 I upgraded my plan to 499 MY Plan. I had used 1000 MB data out of 1024 MB Bill plan while changing the plan. The consulted executive told me that there will be no extra charges as I have not crossed the data use limit. New plan should be calculated on daily basis where I will be getting 1300 MB for 1 month . So it will be 303 MB for 7 days left in that bill cycle. But I got an extra amount of 800 added in my bill towards data use. I raised a complaint in Airtel customer care and they have rejected the claim by giving no explanations. I called up the customer care again for registering complaint and all the time I got a reply saying that their supervisor will call me back for giving clarification, but i have not received any call from the center. Now outgoing call facility is cancelled in my mobile. Please check this issue and help me in getting it resolved through the consumer forum. Thanks, prasanth Was this information helpful? | |||
