Airtel — Regarding calls and internet services

I am using airtel since 2005 and being an honest person I should say that airtel is very customer centric company but for the last 1 year I am facing lot of problems in using internet service and call rates . I have called customer care many a times to resolve the issue but still no resolution . Secondly I want to ask 1 thing that being such a old customer there are no such schemes to reduce call rates .
