Airtel — REgarding cutting of balance &request @ get back my balance | |||
1)I could not get talk time -seconds while recharging my my mobile no (Rs. 55= 10000 L+ S seconds 15 days) that is, I got only 3455 seconds...Recharge date 10/6/15 to 14/6/15 2)I could not get data of 2G while recharging my my mobile no (Rs.46= 500Mb -28 days) that is, I got only 180 Mb.. recharge date 17/6/15 3)I could not get data of 2G while recharging my my mobile no (Rs.46= 500Mb -28 days) that is, I got only 180 Mb.. recharge date 22/6/15 4) Customer care person did forward my call during call unexpectedly so that i cannot continue with the call due to low balance & they didnot call me back 5) my 20 RS+ 20Rs balance hadbeen cut on 27/6/2015 & on 22/6/2015 wat r u doing ????? please give me my top up data & acount balance Rs 40 Was this information helpful? | |||
