[Resolved] Airtel — regarding deactivation of my exiting 8 years old airtel number | |||
i m kamlesh i have airtel prepaid number [protected]...i was using this from last 8 years...today on 25th-08-14 suddenly the airtel company has deactivated my number...when reason was asked from company they replied that u didn't used ur airtel number from 90 days...but its totally false reply given from the company...as i have a proof for that my last recharge was 198 on 20-08-14 transcation id is[protected]...benefit i got in this recharge is 500 minutes which is still active...even on the date of deactivation in the morning i recieved and made calls...so y company members are lieng...why they are giving me a reason that i didn't used my number from last 90 days...so i want to complain bout this matter plzz solve my issue plz help me to regain my existing number...
