Airtel — Regarding deduction of balance from main account instead of 3g balance | |||
Dear sir I am krishna kumar and my mobile number is [protected]. On 26 jun 15 at about 0600 hrs deduction made from my main balance instead of 3g balance. I was having appx 30mb 3g data then also deduction done from main balance that to rs 380/- appx. I made Contact with email to 121 and they assured through message that problem will be Short out within two hrs.But no response till time. I also make contact at 121 Through voice service but your customer service was not able to reply me in 7 Minutes also. Please do the need full at earliest for my satisfaction and good relations Between us. Was this information helpful? | |||
