Airtel — Regarding issue with bill generation for unused data card - [protected] | |||
Hi, I have requested to disconnect my airtel data card number ([protected]) on june 28th of 2014. At that time airtel cus care representative suggested me to migrate in to prepaid. He asked me to submit photo proof and simcard to any airtel outlet in tamilnadu. Since, that time I am out of tamilnadu and I could not submit my proofs. Regarding this issue I have contacted customer care again on 25 the July 2014. They told while you are converting into prepaid, you get waive. The issue is every month they are generating the bill and asking to pay. Regarding this issue I sent couple of mails to 121 airtel cus care and today I spoke with customer care supervisor.They are saying, if it is active status you need to pay the rent. Regarding the issue everyday I am getting calls from collection departments. My concern is without using why should I pay the rent for the number. Was this information helpful? | |||
