[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding misuse of id & photo | |||||
It is bring to your kind notice that i applied for new prepaid connection at raj telecommunication sector-11, rohini, delhi -110085 ph. no. [protected], on dt. 20.07.16 at about 12 noon and submitted my wife's id (aadhar card photocopy) and one passport size photo with signed airtel blank form. he gave me a new number [protected] and told me that your number will activate at night at about 8:30 p. m. and also gave me the verification no i. e. 59059 for activation of my number and also told me that "you too provide last 4-digits of your aadhar card number and your phone will activate within 15 to 30 minutes, but my number will not activate till date. i inquired about this from raj telecommunication on phone ([protected]) he always gave me the assurance your phone will activate soon their will be some technical issues. so that i called on 121 on dt 22.07.16 and tell about my issues to mr. rahul at customer care, he told me that your papers were not submitted to us, once yours papers will submit than your number will activate after verification. than i request him to lodged my complaint, he said he lodged my complaint and necessary action will be taken. after that i contacted to raj comm. on next day than he told me that you need to submit another photo and id for your new connection because the given number will not activate due to new series than i requested him to return my wife's photo and id, than he said the same will not returned to me due to company policies. But today i. e.24.07.2016 i received a call from customer care no.[protected] at about 1:05 p. m. regarding verification for new connection for poonam than i said i don't knnow any poonam i applied for new connection in my wife's name and my wife's name is not poonam, i asked customer care person to add wrong verification call from my side and the same is note in your remarks but he said he will not give any information to me and disconnect the phone. I am totally surprised to hear that how our id and photo were used to get the new sim, it is crime and this sim could be used in terrorist activities and other illegal activities, so i am going to lodge fir to the local police station regarding the above matter and the same will send to tri also to take action against such types of people and the company.
