[Resolved]  Airtel — regarding my broadband connection at alwar rajasthan

i was using my broadband connection no [protected] at Mysore Karnataka .while transfering from Mysore to Alwar, I went to your office to surrender the connection but your officials at Mysore told me that you can transfer the connection at Alwar .when i enquired at your good office at Alwar . They told me that here broadband facility is not available in Alwar, this is the pure example of cheating the customer. The telephone bill is already issued by you without using above connection now i am in Alwar (Rajsthan), I will not pay your bill due to your wrong commitment at Mysore .you are instructed to take proper action for above complaint otherwise i will go to consumer forum .
