[Resolved] Airtel — regarding new connection | |||
Dear sir, I am Sachin Dixit and got a call from airtel Money Multiplier representative on 4-10-14 regarding new postpaid connection. I liked her plan and placed order for 2 new postpaid connections. Next day her representative came & took payment and said that the both no's will be activated within 48 hours. But after 48 hours when i checked the no's, they were not get activated. I immediately called the customer support for the same. They told me that the No's were alloted to other person while that no's were punched by my name. So this is the matter of cheat & missguiding the customers. I want the same numbers which was i booked. Please resolve my problem asap. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
