Airtel — regarding porting of my number | |||
I am using mob. no. [protected] in the name of my father Sh. Yogender Singh R/o D 206, Ganga Vihar, Delhi for a long time. On 09.08.2014 I deposited my documents and security amount at Vodafone Centre, Nirman Vihar, Delhi to port the above mob. no. from Airtel to Vodafone and took vodafone sim at that time. After this, I made call to Airtel customer care to know the status of my porting no and in reply to customer care executive told me that this porting facility has not been activated by Vodafone. After this, I made call to Vodafone customer care to activate the port service but in reply customer care executive told clearance for port has not been granted from airtel. Now I want to ask that who is responsible for this service. I am facing inconvenience day by day due to this bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
