Airtel — regarding wrong information b y customer care executive

This is regarding the wrong information given by the supervisor of call center for roaming recharge of Rs.196 instead of Rs.194 on 4th may 2015 at 4.22 pm. 196 is recharge for 3g net and not for roaming free this is totally wrong information which is provided by the customer care . if you have the recording saved you can have the reference e of the recorded call for the same.Mr.Sachin was the supervisor whom I have spoken. and he has given the information regarding the recharge which is misleading.
